After laser cutting, it comes out to be like this
1、Please provide flat unfolded drawing in JPG/PDF file. (Mark the folded line and a perspective effect drawing should be provided for a complex design)
2、Please provide dimension. The dimension should be drawn as per 1:1. (Resolution >100)
3、The patterns cannot exist in the cut pattern.
For example, the below red part is cut part. The white pattern inside the red cut part in the left picture won’t exist after laser cut. It will turn out to like the right picture.
4、The laser cut pattern width should be≥1mm. And the space among laser cut patterns should be ≥1mm
5、The pattern line should be clear. Please leave the laser cut parts to be blank and fill the other parts on the invitation with a color, so that we can check the patterns better.
Step 2Custom a Sample
Option 1 Get a sample without Making a Model
- If you want to custom a sample without making a model, it costs $50 for File Revision+ Laser Cutting+ International Shipping.
- We will revise your design file to meet laser-cut standard and send the e-proof for approval.
- The time varies according to how easily the artwork can be revised. After e-proof approved, it takes 10-12 working days for you to receive the sample.
Note: The sample without making a model is not as fine as sample produced with a model, but still can show how your design would appear.
Option 2 Get a sample with Making a Model
- If you want to custom a sample with making a model, it costs $120 for File Revision + Making a Model + Laser Cutting + International Shipping.
- We will revise your design file to meet laser-cut standard and send the e-proof for approval. When e-proof approved, we will start making the model and laser cutting the sample, and it takes 12-20 working days for you to receive the sample (according to how easily your design could be laser cut).
Note: Laser cut Model Fee is a one-time charge which could be used for additional orders for the same size.
Step 3Final Order ProcessYou place the formal order after you receive the sample and feel satisfied with it. It takes 12-20 working days for laser cutting and international shipping.

Note: E-proof will be sent in JPG. file. No vector file will be released in any case. And we don’t provide drawing service if you don’t place custom order with us.
